Who is God, anyway?

I feel good that I'm evolving along with God. God is omnicient, omnipotent, everlasting, etc., so whoa, can our Creator change? Yes. It would be like a part of us expanding to assist the whole, a healthier spleen or liver or ? (the energy flow within) to assist in realizations, awareness, and creativity. So my buddy, my Creator, is changing as the dominions of creation interact and interweave their forces (at the universal, galactic, solar system levels). Our Creator is developing the potential which was always there, like the unfolding of one's potential here on Earth, but not realized until the whole story is played out. Too bad we won't be around to see it, but during our stay here we can reciprocate to our Creator in our tiniest of ways by recognizing the Presence and reflecting our Creator's Light which shines through each one of us.

Time to begin posting again...

It seems like just a few months instead of 23 months since I have posted at this site. There was no reason to post about spiritual matters when personal circumstances did not support/permit the lifestyle conducive to spiritual advancement. Remember, emotional balance is a prerequisite to beginning the yogic journey. Steady emotions need not be present for yoga as a physical exercise; only when bringing one's meditation to that important pinpoint concentration is it necessary to be balanced. You will never see a hypocrite in me; I walk the talk. I will not be addressing spiritual matters and doing otherwise in my personal life. That said, it is possible to partner with a spiritual person who understands what it takes to achieve the yogic goal of total mind integration-it is just difficult world-over to find such a person. As I start to meditate once again and purify my system to advance, I will post if something of interest occurs.

The challenge of aging...

never have the challenges to reach optimum health (and beyond that, yogic integration), been greater, but neither have there been so many tools to help overcome them. Aging brings its own set of difficulties, with the glandular system dying down, digestive functions slowing- making it more difficult to extract what little value can be had from foods raised on nutrient poor soils, circulatory impairment, and all the big and little injuries, emotional and physical, which have gone unresolved. So live each day wisely to enhance longevity to your Self and perhaps retain the possibiltiy of merging once again with your Self.

A modicum of exercise...

this is the minimum amount of exercise required to keep the body's battery charged up. Look at the will power to force movement as an alternator to allow adequate charge production to enhance the battery. This charge can be used for physical or mental output. To run too much energy through the musculature of the body (too much physical exercise) is to excessively discharge potential electrical flow which can be used to build up the charge on the brain; whereas, if not enough physical movement can be produced, the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid to maintain a strong charge on the body's battery becomes more challenging. Enough physical yoga can perform this function adequately and efficiently. Then this mental power, derived from increased electrical charge in the brain area, can be used to concentrate with, which is the first step to advancing one's Self in meditation.

Mind your battery

Take care of that battery; yes, that one. The one that is running your life; the one inside of you that you owe your consciousness and the functions of your body to. You were born with a functioning battery, and it will continue to operate until the moment you die. How is one to take care of this battery?
First, a battery needs liquid, water with some electrolytes, to help generate the electricity. In the body, this is the cerebrospinal fluid. A body in dehydration all the time can not generate the electricity to have all the body's parts function optimally. Second, there has to be two poles to create the electricity, and in the body these are the North Pole end at the brain and the South Pole end at the sacrum. The electrolytes are gathered and balanced as only the body knows how to do, from the food and beverages one eats. Interference from most diseases, including mental disease, drug therapies, poor diet, and even nutritional supplements which create imbalances will disturb the ability of the battery to maintain a strong charge. It is the charge on the battery which determines the vigor with which one can live. The goal of yoga can not be reached unless optimal physical and mental integration occurs, and this depends on a strong battery charge.
Do genetics play a part in all this? Of course, genetics is the playground upon which all the other factors register, interact, and produce the output.
So take care of that battery: drink enough water, eat healthy, get a modicum of exercise, and keep a positive attitude. Then if you so deem it the proper moment to seek a taste of cosmic consciousness and awareness of the total energy flows within/without, use this health to forge a bond to your Creator.

For our Creator so loved his humans, that...

each and every person was gifted with a spirit within, which is none other than the electrical core of the body and its distribution networks, and the ability to self-recognize this phenomenon.
This electrical center appears as a Light to those who reach the integration of conscious and unconscious minds (mind being the energy flow in the realm of the conscious or unconscious). Only those who have experienced the Light know it as a fact; others will always doubt its existence because they have not been shown, through their experience or by accident, that within them is a wonderful spiritual world which has a Light shining at its center.

Don't drift too far

When one falls off the wagon, don't fall so far away that it is hard to climb back on. Your center is lost that way, and the farther you fall the more distant from your Creator you become. Then joy is difficult to find in life.
